It's starting, the list of people running for the Boulder Valley School District board seats are starting to put their names in the ring. From the Daily Camera August 9th, 20087:
"Five people have filed paperwork so far to run for the four Boulder Valley school board seats up for election in November.
Boulder's Laurie Albright filed for the seat that will be vacated by term-limited Angelika Schroeder.
Jim Reed and Ed Gazvoda filed for the seat that will be vacated by term-limited Teresa Steele.
Two incumbents, Helayne Jones and Ken Roberge, also filed paperwork for their seats.
So far, none has returned the required petitions with 50 signatures, due Aug. 31."
